Disaster Response

TRIKIND trains and equips churches, schools and local communities through Disaster Risk Reduction Training to be able to recognize and reduce small-scale disaster risks in their environment independently and contextually, using the HART (Hazard Area Readiness Training) curriculum.

• Local risk identification and mapping

• Community-based preparedness strategies

• Strengthening the role of churches as agents of disaster risk reduction
